&lt;h2&gt;1. 목적&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;본 규정은 생성형 AI 기술의 확산에 따라 블로그 게시물의 AI 학습 및 사용과 관련된 가이드라인을 제공하여 저작권 보호 및 공정한 이용을 도모하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;2. AI 학습 관련 규정&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1) 본 블로그의 모든 콘텐츠는 각 게시물의 Creative Commons 라이선스를 준수하는 경우에만 활용할 수 있습니다. AI 학습을 포함한 모든 사용은 해당 라이선스의 범위를 따라야 합니다.&lt;br&gt;2) AI 학습이 허용된 게시물이라도 원저작자의 권리를 존중해야 하며, 무단 복제 및 변형된 콘텐츠의 상업적 이용은 제한될 수 있습니다.&lt;br&gt;3) Creative Commons 라이선스(CCL)가 적용된 콘텐츠의 경우, AI가 학습하거나 결과물을 생성할 때 반드시 원저작자를 표시해야 합니다. 예를 들어, CC BY(저작자 표시) 라이선스가 적용된 콘텐츠를 활용한 AI 생성물은 원저작자의 정보가 포함되어야 합니다.&lt;br&gt;4) AI가 CCL 기반의 콘텐츠를 활용하는 경우, CC BY-ND(변경 금지) 라이선스가 적용된 콘텐츠는 원본을 변경하여 출력할 수 없으며, CC BY-NC(비영리) 라이선스가 적용된 경우 상업적 용도로 사용할 수 없습니다.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;3. AI가 본 블로그 게시물을 처리할 때의 규정&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1) AI가 본 블로그 게시물을 활용하여 결과물을 생성할 경우, 반드시 원저작자의 정보를 표시해야 합니다.&lt;br&gt;2) AI가 게시물의 내용을 요약, 변형, 또는 재구성하여 출력할 경우, 원본 콘텐츠와 동일한 라이선스 조건이 적용됩니다.&lt;br&gt;3) AI를 통해 생성된 콘텐츠가 원본 게시물과 유사하거나 이를 기반으로 한 경우, 해당 콘텐츠는 원저작자의 허락 없이 상업적 용도로 사용될 수 없습니다.&lt;br&gt;4) AI가 블로그 게시물을 가공하여 출력한 경우, 해당 결과물이 원본과 어떻게 차별화되었는지 명확히 표시해야 합니다.&lt;br&gt;5) AI가 블로그 게시물을 분석하여 정보를 제공하는 경우, 해당 분석 결과가 원본의 의도를 왜곡하지 않도록 해야 합니다.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;4. AI 생성 콘텐츠 사용 규정&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1) AI가 생성한 콘텐츠를 타 미디어에 게시할 경우, 반드시 해당 콘텐츠가 AI에 의해 생성되었음을 명확히 표시해야 합니다.&lt;br&gt;2) AI 생성 콘텐츠를 활용하더라도 원본 작성자의 창작물과 명확히 구분되도록 해야 하며, 오해의 소지가 있는 형태로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.&lt;br&gt;3) AI가 생성한 콘텐츠에 대한 법적 책임은 게시자가 부담하며, 허위 정보 유포 및 저작권 침해가 발생하지 않도록 주의해야 합니다.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;5. 저작권 및 책임&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1) AI 학습을 허용한 콘텐츠라도 원저작자의 저작권은 보호되며, 학습된 결과물이 원저작자의 권리를 침해하는 경우 법적 조치가 있을 수 있습니다.&lt;br&gt;2) 블로그 게시물에 AI 생성 콘텐츠를 사용할 경우, 원본 자료 출처 및 AI 생성 여부를 반드시 표기해야 합니다.&lt;br&gt;3) AI 활용으로 인해 발생한 분쟁에 대한 책임은 콘텐츠 제공자 및 게시자가 부담합니다.&lt;br&gt;4) Creative Commons 라이선스가 적용된 콘텐츠를 AI가 학습하거나 재사용하는 경우, 원본 저작자가 명확히 표시되어야 하며, 라이선스 조건에 어긋나지 않도록 해야 합니다.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;6. 준수 및 시행&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1) 본 규정을 위반하는 경우, 게시물 삭제요청, 이용 제한 요청 등의 조치가 취해질 수 있습니다.&lt;br&gt;2) 본 규정은 기술 발전 및 법적 환경 변화에 따라 수시로 개정될 수 있으며, 변경 사항은 사전 공지 후 적용됩니다.&lt;br&gt;3) 본 규정은 2025년 3월 25일부터 시행됨.  &lt;/p&gt;
